Exchanges

We accept exchanges on all veils within 21 days of delivery. We want you to love your veil, and we're happy to help you find the perfect match.

• Exchange requests must be made within 21 days of delivery • Veil must be unworn, unaltered, with tags attached and in original condition • A $10 shipping and handling fee applies to all exchanges • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges

To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@blissweddingveils.com with your order number and the style you'd like to exchange for.

Returns

Because each veil is thoughtfully made based on your selected style, length, and color, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we're happy to exchange your veil for a different style or issue store credit for future purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@blissweddingveils.com so we can make it right. We'll provide a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Before You Order

To help ensure the best fit and color: • Measure carefully before ordering • Order color samples if you're unsure about your dress color • Check your gown tag or receipt for the official color name • Ask your bridal or Communion shop for guidance on color or length
