Returns and Exchanges

Because each veil is thoughtfully handmade, returns are not accepted. A one-time exchange is available for non-customized veils.

A small exchange fee is deducted to help cover original shipping and handling costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping when sending a veil back for an exchange.

Custom orders, including custom colors, custom lengths, or made-to-order modifications, are final sale.

To help ensure the best fit, we recommend measuring carefully, ordering color samples when needed, or reaching out with any questions before placing your order.
